Skills Camp: Middles
Four hours of middle specific training. You'll be working on blocking, running a quick offense, serving, and everything in between that will help you to become a high caliber middle ready to take control of the court. Two hours of skills and drills, one hour dinner break provided by UAM Volleyball, two hours of skills and drills.
